Just wanted to say thanks - I went with a version of cheeses, crackers, nuts, grapes and pate whacked on a nice wooden platter. A lot of inspiration from this thread while I shopped! It looked great and was the perfect combination of minimal effort (chuck grapes already on fruit bowl onto platter for colour and interest, throw on some nuts already in cupboard ) and minimal expense (a few cheeses and crackers, "fancy" ones but from ALDI so not exxy)

It was just the inspiration I needed to take it up a notch from crackers and shop bought dip. Thanks, you guys are awesome 👍
