To continue on from April...

Sorry summer08 :(

If your fairly sure you're out for the month and you're suffering i probably would.

I pinched my back the other week and had to take some heavy drugs to get through the pain it was only 2dpo so i thought i'd be okay anyway.

Fairly sure I'm out too, wanted AF to hold off until Monday so we could get our IVF interview in and start straight away so of course its come a whole 5 days early. Now we'll probably have a month off now before starting. I was excited so I'm trying to stay positive and use the month to get prepared,

I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea from CD1 until ovulation to try and thicken my lining.

Thanks for the new thread. A fresh start!

My period is going ok... since last night I’m now bleeding like a normal period and the pain is better. Really hoping I have passed the retained product.

I am having a sonohysterogram next Tuesday which will be CD9. I usually ovulate on CD 14 so I’m just going to go for it but I think with all the disruption to my uterus this month the chances are not good :(

I had to google 'sonohysterogram'. Is that to look further into the cause of your loss?

Its frustrating when these things get in the way.

Thanks for starting a new thread!

I’ve been in and out of these threads for quite a while, the reality of TTC for many years I guess! DH and I went to our GP this morning for our specialist referral, I rang the clinic straight away and was a bit peeved that they would only take bookings via email? So waiting to hear back.

We have time on our side - turning 30 this year but it’s been quite some time trying on our own.

Anyway. CD12 here - some EWCM but a negative OPK.

It’s to check for retained product and I have a thickened uterine lining since the d&c so probably checking that out too. Although this period should hopefully have reduced that now!

Got my progesterone results today and it was 49.6 nmol/l which is the strongest result I’ve ever had! That combined with the 2 dominant follicles that were found on ultrasound at CD 9 has me quite hopeful 😬

Yesterday I did a test and nothing.

fMU today and there is a clear white line on the front of test. 10DPO.

Cautiously optimistic with all the signs

I know today is a hard day for many people. Thinking of those who are struggling.

AF arrived full force last night, along with a huge pimple and a stomach virus. Went great with my heavy cold. Good times girls, good times.

Onwards to next month.

My last day of hcg monitoring yaaaay I am finally below 0.5!!!!

Super nervous for my scan tomorrow, I don’t know if I could handle it emotionally if there are any issues.

I still have retained product :( I feel like I want to cry. It’s reduced from 11ml to 4ml in the last 3 weeks but sounds like I need to have some kind of intervention. So clearly not going to be able to ttc this month I guess which sucks. Scan showed I had a dominant follicle about ready to go.

I’ve heard of women getting pregnant with rpoc but don’t know much about it tbh.

Oh Gosh, so so annoying nomviv.

I just had a friend announce she found out shes 20 weeks pregnant and had no idea. She also has an 8 month old.

Think I'll go crawl in a hole for the afternoon.

Sorry to hear and hope there’s better news coming up soon.. feels like the fertility journey is taking forever at the moment.

Went for an Ultrasound Tubal flush with Lipiodol yesterday and wasn’t at all as painful as what I was expecting. Took about 10 minutes and very similar to a Pap smear.

I had a tonne of questions so probably in there a bit longer but was surprised how quickly was in and out.

Feeling a bit crampy today on one side but nothing out of the norm for me.

Not sure whether we can try in the next couple of days but no one has told us otherwise

Yes it’s so strange to not know whether or not you are allowed to try or not... I mean I probably will despite my situation, because why not

Oh hun. I’m so sorry. I had to have a D&C like you but never had another scan. Was I meant too?

I’m wondering if I should book a fertility appointment? I know it only took 3 months to fall pregnant but it was non viable and now it’s been 2 more months. When do I start to think IVF? I’m 38 next month. I’m nervous that was a fluke and i May as well try ivf?

What?! Far out. That’s crazy. Is she a larger women? I’m tall but thin so by week 12 I can feel baby and my clothes don’t fit!

The reason I had a follow up scan was because in the second week post-d&c I had a heavy bleed with heaps of clots every second day for about a week. Then it went away but my FS wanted me to have a scan to be sure.

You could ask for a pelvic scan as a first step just to check everything looks ok and seek a referral for ivf and have a consultation at least? They could run some tests and in the background you keep ttc naturally. The IVF process can be loooong so could be a good safety net for you.

Something funky going on.

Dominant follicle on u/s CD9 (2 x 12mm)

Flashing smiley on CD15

Assume ovulation CD16

Progesterone test CD23 = 46.9 nmol/L

Normal LP = 13/14 days

Current CD33 / 17DPO

1000 Negative pregnancy tests and no sign of AF.

Any advice from you ladies
