Wolf87
G’daySo currently 21 weeks pregnant, and already by the afternoon my belly is pretty achy - I’m on my feet all day at work, and do a decent amount of walking throughout the day. Any tips? I have seen some what looks like pregnancy shape-wear come up on my Facebook, would something like that support my stomach? Is there a thing, or do I just suck it up? Ozgirl
I love these. Wore them through my pregnancy and im wearing them right now. Cause im fat and it helps my pelvis, and supports my pregnant size belly, still. https://www.rebelsport.com.au/p/2xu-womens-prenatal-active-shorts-black-s-59127202.html
Purpleblaze
The physio gave me a tubigrip and it was great!https://www.pregnancy.com.au/product/tubigrip-elasticated-tubular-bandage-1-metre-lengths/It was quite long so I could roll it/fold it to the length I required. I also had a belly belt but it was more uncomfortable when I sat down - it was better for walking. The tubigrip was way more comfortable but had to be worn under clothes. The belly band I put over clothes.

I’ll have to hunt it out!
blackcat20
I wear the Emamaco bike shorts or leggings, they've made a huge difference in reducing the pain from my belly.
kalanchoe
Mamaway sells these for belly support. Might be less hot than leggings or shorts.https://www.mamaway.com.au/ergonomic-maternity-support-belt-pregnancy-lift-sleep-and-back-pain-relief-zI have been using their postpartum recovery & support band since having DS3 & it has been very good. LunaFreya
My midwife gave me a stretchy support bandage. I wore it right until I went into labour
