Hills Mum Bec Posted May 11, 2021 Share Posted May 11, 2021 I don't know if there's an actual proper recipe for popcorn chicken but I use the Tandaco coating mix: https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/15388/tandaco-coating-mix-fried-chickenCut up chicken thighs into bit size pieces, coat it in the seasoning (I don't use egg or anything else) then in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes on 180c depending on how full it is (10 minutes if it's a single layer of chicken, longer if the chicken is overlapping).
