qak
I've got a bit of an issue with a document I've been sent.It required answers to be filled in by users. The answers get entered into 'boxes' which are actually table cells - so the table in question is just one cell, with text in it. So if I click in the cell, Table Tools will be activated in the menus. The problem I have is that apparently this table/cell extends beyond the page break and I can't see that there is actually more text in there. The bottom of that table/cell is completely invisible (I didn't know it was there) because the next page overlaps or has taken priority over that table. If I try to use the cursor to move down the text in the cell, it just skips to the next page. How do I read what is in the bottom part of this table? qak
It's OK - I changed view to outline view (rather than print preview) and now I can see it. Phew!
Sancti-claws
Glad that you solved your own problem!!!Frankly, word tables are absolutely rubbish - you can't really do much with them manipulation or formula wise and if you want them to be robust you are really better off importing an excel table into your document.
