Cheap reliable microwave

Had an aldi. Microwave for about 9 years. It’s just started tripping the circuit breaker.

So in these times of everything being replaceable not repairable, I’ve been told to get a new one today. I swear Dh has gone all twitchy without one.

Doesn’t need to be fancy or do anything other than microwave.

Kmart.

My last Kmart one is still going strong, I gave it to a friend when we moved.

We now have another one, went the next size up. It’s good.

I have a basic Samsung, has been going for about 7 years and hasnt skipped a beat.

I was wondering about Kmart. Will go and have a look.

It is the trouble with aldi having things on rotation. You have to need it at the right time.

We have a Panasonic that I love. It doesn't have a rotating dish in it, so you can just plonk stuff in there and it'll cook. Also, you can fit more things in there, as you don't need to fit them on the dish and you don't have to wash the dish either, just wipe down surfaces. Wasn't too expensive from memory and it's been going for years.

No idea what counts as cheap, but I can't fault the Breville one we have - it's even nice looking.
