WC at Optus is just deadly, im always worried when Port head there10YearsLater wrote: ↑Sun Apr 04, 2021 12:23 pmWC at home when the whole team is firing us practically unstoppable. Pity they don’t do it consistently. Sorry that Port had to be the ones at the receiving end of that. Hope they can do it to collingwood too in a few weeks time.
The only sour part to last night’s game was yet another hammie for Shuey![]()

I don’t want to sound bitter, but the Bombers were robbed by the umpires tonight! Ah well, I was impressed we came so close- some good signs with Baby Bombers 2.0
Good news for DS17- he got picked in the seniors A side for Saturday, so it will be his first paid game of football. He also has his first ever girlfriend, and I think she might be coming, so I will get to meet her

Either really close games or blow outs by team’s unexpected!
Great news Lees for your ds.
Mine got picked for ressies again and will be playing on the wing this week. Normally he is a small forward but he must have impressed with his rotation into wing last week.

Another crazy close game!
As a Bombers gal, living in Adelaide, I’m more a Crows supporter than Port, but I do love a good story. And Robbie Gray’s story. Recovering from cancer and going on to smash it, is great.

Gutted...
Worst game I’ve ever seen last night.
Well done to the sainters who managed to show up after half time and give it everything. Meanwhile, WC decided to call it a night.

Interesting to have both Sydney teams win at the MCG this round, with the GWS win last night the more surprising.

Both my kids picked saints in our tipping. There is no strategy in their picks

Sad but very understandable. I remember ds1s last concussion. It put him in hospital for 5 days and unable to play for a month. It was scary. He couldn’t remember our address, the date, any of the game. I am glad they are taking concussions seriously even if people aren’t happy about it
