That is so sad, I am sitting here looking at my 18 year old dog knowing that this decision will be sooner than later and I can't imagine how it will feel.Thinking of you and your gorgeous children, I am sure Jack has had a splendid life and he will fall asleep knowing how loved he is. Decisions Decisions Posted March 16, 2021 Share Posted March 16, 2021 When they are having more bad days than good days I think it is the right decision for them but it doesn't make it easier as an owner. We have had to keep him still inside for so long, but this morning I figured it wasn’t going to make any difference, so I let him out and he dragged himself all over the yard.
