Iamferalz
They don’t think there is any connection with the Optometrist under the quarantine hotel. The US traveller stayed at another hotel apparently, so unknown transmission for sure.
Dadwasathome
They have P0 and P2 (and P3), but not P1.Now trying to assess how it escaped HQ - P0 arrived from the USA and has been in a health hotel since 26 April.Flights to NZ from Sydney paused for 4& hours from midnight, masks required in indoor public spaces until at least Sunday. Bornagirl
Strangely I'm really confident on this one, if the person's still in quarantine then there are presumably only limited routes out to P2. If they've been vaccinated they may have no symptoms - although presumably they're tested regularly.Fx it's just one person, and all of the people downstream will be in isolation, so any positives from that won't have a lot of relevance for restrictions. There is a theory P1 may be a vaccinated asymptomatic quarantine worker. Anyway good that there are zero cases today. So probably not a super spread but lurking out there.
